Request(s) for Service

 

You may submit a request for service, otherwise known as a ‘work order’, by completing the online version of the work order form and submitting it electronically.

 

You may also print the form, complete filling it out, and submit it to the Customer Service Office utilizing any of the following options:

  1. Fax the form to 760-771-5125
  2. Deposit the form in the ‘Res 1’ work order box at either the Palmer or Stadium gatehouses.
  3. You may call in your work order at 760-771-1234

The HOA will make every effort to address all work orders within three working days after receipt of the work order.
