PGA WEST Residential Association HOA is a gated, guarded community nestled in the shadows of the Santa Rosa Mountains of Southern California’s picturesque Coachella Valley. Our homeowners enjoy spectacular views of manicured fairways and rugged mountains – often both! And colorful sunsets over the mountains are breathtaking.
Our Association is large and diverse. It includes 1,354 condominiums and 68 custom homes surrounding the PGA WEST Palmer and Stadium courses. The Association is responsible for the upkeep of the condominiums as well as the common area inside the perimeter wall, which includes five private lakes, 54 pools with spas and all landscaping, irrigation and ambient lighting throughout the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Owning a home in our Association does not include club membership or access to the three private courses. Similarly, no portion of homeowner HOA dues supports golf course operations; the courses are owned by a private company.
