POOL HOURS 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM 7 Days a Week​​
Pool and Spa Temperatures
Pool: 82 degrees (+ or - 1 or 2 degrees)
Spa: 102 degrees (+ or - 1 or 2 degrees)

Cycle 1: June 1st - June 30th

Cycle 2: July 1st - July 31st

Cycle 3: August 1st - 31st

Cycle 4: September 1st - 30th
How to Submit a Request: You can request heating in one of two ways:
1. Online:

Visit pgawest.org

Click on “Create a Work Order”

Specify the pool site, whether you would like the pool, spa, or both heated, and the date range for your request

If your request spans multiple heating cycles, please submit a separate work order for each cycle
2. By Phone:

Call the Association Member Service Center at (760) 771-1234
Important Note: The Board and Management will continue to monitor natural gas costs. If expenses are projected to exceed budget limits, the Association may not be able to fulfill all heating requests.
