POOL HEATING SCHEDULE

Pool and Spa Heating Season Is Here!

 

As we head into the cooler months, the Association is pleased to continue offering on-demand pool and spa heating for PGA WEST Residential Association residents for the upcoming November 2025 – May 2026 season. Pool and or Spa heating will be available in three distinct cycles:

 

Cycle 1: November 1, 2025 – January 16, 2026

• Cycle 2: January 17, 2026 – March 15, 2026

• Cycle 3: March 16, 2026 – May 31, 2026

 

Requesting Heating:  Residents may request heating for a pool and/or spa during any of the above cycles. To help conserve natural gas and manage Association resources, we kindly ask that you only submit requests for periods when you plan to actively use the amenities.



How to Submit a Request: You can request heating in one of two ways:

 

1. Online:

• Visit pgawest.org

• Click on “Create a Work Order”

• Specify the pool site, whether you would like the pool, spa, or both heated, and the date range for your request

• If your request spans multiple heating cycles, please submit a separate work order for each cycle

 

2. By Phone:

• Call the Association Member Service Center at (760) 771-1234

 

Heating Schedule Updates: The Pool and Spa Heating schedule will be posted and regularly updated on the Association’s website.

 

Important Note: The Board and Management will continue to monitor natural gas costs. If expenses are projected to exceed budget limits, the Association may not be able to fulfill all heating requests.
