Pool Deck Maintenance Technician

​PGA WEST Residential Association is a premier gated homeowners’ association in the beautiful Coachella Valley. We maintain a large and diverse community featuring extensive landscaping, lakes, pools, and recreational areas. We are seeking a dedicated Pool Deck Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team.

Job Summary:

The Pool Deck Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of the decks surrounding 54 pools and spas located throughout the Association. Tasks are assigned through a work order system and as designated by management.

Responsibilities:​

• Sweep, hose, and power wash pool decks

• Remove debris, litter, and leaves from pool and spa areas

• Ensure pool areas are safe, clean, and visually appealing for residents

• Assist with setup and takedown of pool furniture as needed

• Inspect pool decks regularly and report any maintenance or safety issues

• Maintain cleaning equipment and follow all safety protocols

Requirements:​

• Valid driver’s license (required)

• Ability to work independently

• Must be able to work outdoors in hot weather conditions

• Physically capable of lifting and carrying 50+ poundsComfortable performing tasks on hands and knees for extended periods

• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanorWork

Environment:

This is an outdoor position requiring physical labor and exposure to varying weather conditions, including extreme heat.
