Pool Deck Maintenance Technician
TEMPORARY POSITION| FULL TIME |MONDAY - FRIDAY​

We maintain a large and diverse community featuring extensive landscaping, lakes, pools, and recreational areas. We are seeking a dedicated Pool Deck Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team.
Job Summary:
The Pool Deck Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of the decks surrounding 54 pools and spas located throughout the Association. Tasks are assigned through a work order system and as designated by management.

Responsibilities:​

Sweep, hose, and power wash pool decks

Remove debris, litter, and leaves from pool and spa areas
-
Ensure pool areas are safe, clean, and visually appealing for residents
-
Assist with setup and takedown of pool furniture as needed
-
Inspect pool decks regularly and report any maintenance or safety issues
-
Maintain cleaning equipment and follow all safety protocols
Requirements:​

Valid driver’s license (required)

Ability to work independently

Must be able to work outdoors in hot weather conditions

Physically capable of lifting and carrying 50+ poundsComfortable performing tasks on hands and knees for extended periods

Environment:
This is an outdoor position requiring physical labor and exposure to varying weather conditions, including extreme heat.

Irrigation Technician

Job Summary:
The Irrigation Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing irrigation systems throughout the community’s common areas, courtyards, patios, and pool areas. All tasks are assigned through a work order system and/or designated by management.

Responsibilities:​

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair sprinkler systems and irrigation lines

Dig and backfill holes to access and repair underground irrigation components
-
Adjust and maintain irrigation systems for optimal water usage
-
Complete work orders efficiently and accurately•Operate hand and power tools for irrigation maintenance

Report maintenance and safety concerns to management

Maintain equipment and work areas in safe, clean condition
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license (required)

Experience with irrigation systems preferred

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Must be able to work outdoors in hot weather conditions

Physically capable of lifting and carrying 50+ pounds

Comfortable digging and performing strenuous manual labor

Must be able to stand and/or walk for the majority of the shift

Comfortable working on hands and knees for extended periods
